Set up for..• Provide guidance tools and resources to enable East Midlands

Councils (EMC) members to invest in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and generate income via Feed in Tariffs.

• Enable access to the Solar PV framework for East Midlands Councils Members without charge.

• Establish a vision for a Regional low carbon retrofit ‘Green Deal’ model; design and ‘test’ the most suitable financial model and delivery structure to ensure best value to members and successful energy savings for residents Importance of consultation and dialogue with stakeholders
