How to match expectations between employee and new country?

> Start the relocation program in advance.

> It’s advisable to cooperate with the company to have information on a new relocation, possibly one month and a half in advance.

Our answers

Welcome mail and questionnaire in order to understand the expectations of the employee.

Phone call with the employee and the family in order to fully inform them about the italian standards in terms of accomodation and cost of living, putting all expectations back to their right perspective, if needed.

Guiding the employee on what it is possible or not, in order to match his/her own expectations with the budget given and the available type of accomodation.

Sometimes it is more efficient to say no than to

promise what we can not find.

House search

Accomodation preselection based on the questionnaire and the dialogue between the

employee and the family.

- We tend to preselect 8 or 12 solutions, according to the package, fully matching the customer’s expectations.

- During these two days the employee and family always find the best option. Our statistic shows that this method gives a successful relocation in 98% of the cases.

The house search develops over one or two full days, depending on the specific case, during which we show the selected

options.

Pre-Arrival program

Before the arrival of the employee and the family:

3.Strong negotiation between landlord and real estate agency for reducing the agency fees;4.Information pack including all information about the expenses related to the accomodation; 5.Drafting of the rental agreement, in compliance with the Italian law, and relative translation in English;6.Opening of all utility contracts and arrangement of the flat/house prior to check in.

The accomodation is ready to welcome the employee and the whole family in conjunction

with starting date of the work contract.
