Residential Market in Q3 2017

• Strong sales with slight price increases YOY

• Favorable macroeconomic factors supported demand, including low interest

rates, record low unemployment, decent GDP growth and strong wage growth

• Supply is currently meeting high demand

• High share of cash buyers – approx. 40% of overall transactions at Dom

Development

• Very high competition in the land market

Summary:

Euro Styl acquisition has stepped up the scale of Dom Development S.A.

Very good situation in Warsaw, Wroclaw and Tri-City (Euro Styl) markets

1,081 units sold (increase +53% YOY)

3,061 units in offer

6,241 units under construction on 38 projects

Launch of 6 projects with 1,002 units

New land bought for over 650 units in Tri-City* and 220 units in Wrocław

Increase in net profit of 54% (YOY)

Gearing: 7.2%

* Purchase of land as of 26/10/2017
