Event management agency will set exhibition stalls. They will provide

A standard booth of 8 ft x 8 ft feet Octanorm structure One table Two chairs One standard light One 220V socket Three walls allowing display panels

NB: Fascia (8 ft x 1 ft) for the name of the organization will NOT be provided by the event management agency

OTHER ISSUES

Indoor set-up

Duration of the event: 9 am – 5 pm

Selling products is allowed with some precautions (e.g. cooking inside is not allowed)
