Solution of the problem 2

• Instability is one of the major problems in a partnership business. Now Doug and Susie face this problem in the esprit. There marriage began to split, there partnership began to say and business suffered. We think that personal problems can ever be predicted and avoided in the kind of partnership that Doug and Susie had at esprit.

Solution of the problem 3

• If we were the chairperson of the board of directors of esprit. we would recommended to other members that they should stop choosing one side and should not be anxious. They should take some steps by which esprit can solve its problem. And we would recommend Susie and Doug that they should find the solution of these problems instead of arguments, criticism, personal insults. They should consider both thoughts and they should not give up operating control of the company.
