Employees expect a lot from their workplace. A few common outcome expectations are Provision of satisfactory working conditions. Have a reasonable workload. Have a reasonable opportunity to use our

knowledge, skills, training and experiences. Have their work fairly evaluate and to be given

credit for it. Be told what is expected of them as worker.

SPL is a company which is competing with many global companies. So it should provide a compensation and Benefit package

Medical  facilities for both the employee and his/ her family should be introduced

  Housing facility can be given to the employees

 Interior design need to be change for employee motivation and increase of existing productivity

 To take the necessary steps, to increase employees’ satisfaction level

SPL does not have its own employee training center. So they can build an employee training center.

They should provide Insurance facility for their employees.

SPL should provide their employees Transportation Facility.

CONCLUSION

Employees job satisfaction can increase SPL’s corporate image as well as Service quality of SPL. That’s why SPL always should communicate their employee and try to know their expectations, so that SPL can fulfill their expectations and make satisfy their employees.
