    representative. The Parties shall make thenecessary adjustment to this deliveryschedule on a weekly basis in accordancewith expected ash utilization of APO andtaking into consideration the fly ash silo levelof KSPC, as well as APOs requirements forcontinuous feeding of the ASH to itsdesignated equipment on the agreed deliverydates.

    price of inclusive of value-added FortyPesos (Php 40.00), tax but subject toany applicable withholding tax, for everyton of Fly Ash supplied by CPG (TheAshFee).

    It is agreed and understood by theparties that the Bed Ash has nocommercial value and is thus not subjectto the Ash Fee provided in the precedingparagraph. Such Bed Ash shall be
