About the Solution
SmartHire is web-based hosted recruitment management solution for recruitment
consultants.
It is a complete automated system to handle all the Recruitment Requests (RR) received
from clients by a recruitment agency having multiple consultants working on the
assignment.
It helps to manage users (consultants), recruitment requests, candidates’ records and
follow-ups involved in order to cater to RRs from multiple client organizations.
One could track the complete operations of a recruitment company along with MIS on
various parameters depicting the efficiency of all the users of the system and the current
status of recruitments done against various requisitions.
A unique RR (recruitment request) number is generated for each new requisition.

Knowledge Management – Since a history is being created against all RRs and candidates, it acts
as a very important tool for future reference and request handling

the output of the entire recruitment process including automated reports through emails on
various performance parameters

Each role has separate permissions within the system
Admin has all rights, it can create a new user, a new client as well as a new RR
(recruitment request)
Manager can create new RR numbers and managers approve candidate profiles once
they are shortlisted by the consultant
Consultants can view RRs and upload candidate profiles and track follow-ups with
candidates and clients in order to coordinate for the recruitment
Client Managers have access to review the work done
Client contact person has access to review the work done

Whenever a new client is created a mail is sent to admin and client manager
Whenever a new RR (request reference) is created a mail is sent to admin and approving
manager
Whenever a new consultant is assigned to a RR a mail sent to admin and consultant
It allows single candidate resume upload as well as upload of excel files containing profile
information of multiple candidates
Daily activities of all users can be viewed by admin and each user can view their daily tasks
performed
Client can also log in and view details of tasks performed for every RR in the advance version
Daily mails are sent to admin and all users providing details on work done
Every applicant uploaded against a specific requisition can be tracked from start to end

How Intellituts Delivery Works ?
Step1
• User logs into the system. • User can be admin, consultant or manager• User can be client admin or client manager
Step2
• Admin creates new clients, new users & new RRs• Managers create and review RRs (recruitment request number)• Consultant reviews RRs and uploads candidates• Managers approve candidate profiles
Step3
• Approved candidate CVs are shared with client and interviews are scheduled, whole process of follow-up is completely tracked on the system
• Selected candidates can be asked to record their video profile of 1-2 minutes which can be shared with clients for first impression
• Selected candidates can also be interviewed through independent interviewer and the results can be shared with clients
• Selected candidates are shortlisted for hiring• All users can view the reports of tasks performed
