CURRENT SITUATION

CHALLENGES:•Educational programmes don’t have appropriate learning outcomes for the quality and type of knowledge and skills;• Admissions policy is not working to reduce imbalances in the labor market;• Low average educational level of the inactive population hinders its activation.

NEEDED ACTIONS:• Plan the qualification on time;• Develop projections of future needs of the economy/employers;• Reshape the demand for knowledge and skills to the level of vocations and competences;• Plan the necessary qualifications and educational outcomes in formal education and adult education.
