independent inspection company incorporated under the

laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico on May 28, 1991

With full approval to gauge imported petroleum, petroleum

products, organic chemicals, vegetables and animal oils in all

customs districts as provided under Part 151.13 of the US

Customs Regulations
