During the launch, we introduced Your Money and Your Wheels to our guests. We had Neal Bruton delivering an informative speech on the economy of the Bay and Bob Kernohan who talked about the origin of vehicles. This was the first event that I organised by myself and I had no budget to work with. I was very blessed to have everything sponsored by the parties concerned and in aid of Vistarus.

The Incredible Race: Eastern Cape –November 2011.I brought a first of its kind event to the region where we had 12 celebrities racing against each other over a 3-day period for the main prize money, R100 000. The event is based on the international TV-Series, Amazing Race, where the contestants have to complete various mental and physical challenges to earn points. The difference is that the event is to showcase the Eastern Cape and all in aid of charity. The prize money was shared between the winning team’s two charities of choice, “Team PnP”: Denver Burns and Gino Fabbri. Their charities were the Elson Learning Academy and The Animal Welfare Society who received R50 000 each. These charities were overjoyed and were actually in tears when they heard the good news at the prize-giving Gala event.

We received over R1million worth of media coverage and even had the SABC providing us with a 30second show on one of their programmes in December 2011.

Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber’s Top 40 under 40 –December 2011. The NMBBC started the Top 40 under 40 in 2011 to credit those who made a difference in their communities and men and women under 40 to watch out for in the future. It was great exposure for mybrand and as a person.

“Begging for shoes” with the NMB Executive Mayor, Cllr Zanoxolo Wayile in February 2012.I suggested the initiative to the mayor during a brainstorming session in December. The mayors office wanted to collect 1000 shoes for those in need, I suggested they involve the mayor directly with the public to get their support. I suggested the mayor goes barefoot and in school clothes along with those who want to join him, “begging for shoes” in the malls. This was put into practice in February 2012, where we collected nearly R70 000 worth of cash and 2500 pairs of shoes in that week at the Walmer Park, Gelvandale and Greenacres shopping centres.

I always felt reassured and I loved working with her,” Kithi Ngesi, Director Beaches Municipal Resorts Director

• Lynn has been coaching me in my new business for three months thus far. These sessions have been proven invaluable. Lynn is more than a great mentor with wonderful ideas and leadership skills which equips me with knowledge and clarifies any uncertainties I may have and still does on a continuous basis. As the business venture I embarked upon is extremely diverse, Lynn has been coaching me on how to streamline each function in a way that compliments one into the other service. I have been working in corporate and marketing for most of my working life and I still learned a lot from her. Lynn has been a constant source of information and is continually supportive, keeping me positive and focused whenever I need her. THANK YOU LYNN, YOU ARE A STAR,” CHARMELLE WENTLEY (CHARMIOT)

Their behaviour towards the organisation has changed for the better and as a result, their quality of work are much higher which increased our productivity and profits. I would highly recommend Lynn to any organisation, big or small to help them realise their full potential and get a fresh perspective on how to revamp their business and getting their brand out there.
