1: General information

Amundsen Diving A/S where established already back in 1976, and we have continuouslydeveloped our operation capabilities within safe diving and ROV operations, basically

on the inshore market.

Safety, energy, professionalism and added value for our customers are important measuresto success. Our Corporate manuals are built and continuously developed based on thesevalues. Our aim is to be seen as a serious player in a demanding market within our business.

Our diving system and routines are built on years of experience, and based on rules andregulations given by the Norwegian Government, as well as demanding customers from theoil industry. We are accepted supplier of diving and ROV services to Statoil, Hydro, Shelland Aker-Kvrner, according to their regulations. We have been audited by DnV, andaccepted as service supplier according to their approval programme # 404/2001.

Our Diving and ROV services are sertified according to NS-EN-ISO 9001:2000 and NS-EN-ISO 14001:2004

We are today 7 persons employed in the company, one secretary and 5 divers with many yearsof experience in the business. Our General Manager has in addition to his diving experience.Our aim is to get even more staff, both on the technical end operational side.

For bigger projects we have a list of experienced staff to hire in on short notice.They have all been operating under our command in several demanding projects.

2: Equipment

M/S Scuba, our 21.55 m long diving-vessel, is equipped for safe and efficient surfaceorientated diving operations to 50 m water depth.We are equipped with one ROV- systems on the vessel a work-class ROV of type ARGUS

mariner.Cranes, winches, thrusters, lots of special tools in addition to operation experience from thecrew makes the operations safe and efficient.Accommodated for 6 persons, with acceptable standard on the living facilities makes themobilisation of the vessel fast and efficient, ready to start complex operations on veryshort notice.

We have in addition a complete work-class ROV system available in our workshop, identicalto the system onboard, ready for mobilisation anywhere needed.There is also available diving equipment to mobilize additional diving systems, to be operatedaccording to our procedures
