The Idea
A Beneficiary System which offers agriculturists an alternative means
acquiring resources from their supplier base.
The System will be centralized at the Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheriewho will act as the mediator between the agriculturists and the suppl
This medium of exchange maybe in the form either a voucher, couponform, card, invoice etc. This will depend of the Front-end of the Systemdetermine how the agriculturists and suppliers interact.
Hence the Back-end will run the transactional side i.e. how the funds atransferred between the three parties (Agriculturists, MAF, Suppliers)

Farmer John is signs up online via the website and issued an account
John then puts through an order and specifies the supplier he intendsfrom. In this case, John intends to purchase from Bluebird Hardware.
MAF representatives see the request, approve it, then notify John (viaemail) that the order is approved.
John goes back online, prints the approved order and then goes to Blu
Hardware. Bluebird also have an account to the website. They are notified of the
order, enters Johns document number into the pending order onlinetransaction is complete and verified.
