I´m Tamara Peixoto, I was born in Maceió but I live with my parents and my brother. I studied Psychology at UFMG. Nowadays, I work at Takono and I am doing a master’s in work phychology and organizations.

My personal and professional life

Professional background

I began my career at the beginning of last year working at Takono. Currently, I´m still working at Takono with the implementation of the human resources (HR) sector. My responsibilities are recruitment and selection, training and development of employees and general staff support .

Ambitions

My ambitions are continue studying and seeking new job opportunities that allow me to grow in my career.I really like to be a psychologist and like to work with human resources. So I would like to continue working with it.

My routine

On Mondays and Fridays, I wake up at 07:00 and I study at UFMG or at my house for my master´s. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, I wake up at 06:30 and I work from 08:00 to 18:00. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I work out at 19:30. On weekends, I always go out with my boyfriend and friends. We like to go to restaurants, bars and the cinema. Sometimes, I go to Caeté with my family and I love it.

My company

Takono is a medium-sized and traditional steel company, located in Belo Horizonte. It has a lot of steel materials, in addition to offering various services in steel, cutting, folding frame and rebar cutting and bending sheets and oxyfuel.

My routine at Takono

Everyday, I arrive at Takono at 07:45 and start to work. Some days I have a lot of work to do, but on other days I have time to study. I always have lunch at 12:15 and get back to my job at 13:30. At 18 o´clock I go back to my house.
