high-potential entrepreneurs willing to use Chile as

OUR PROGRAMS

THE S FACTORY SEED

- 4-month hand-on pre-acceleration program

for SUPs lead by female founders, involved in

innovative and technology-based early-stage

projects, aimed at solving global problems.

- USD $15k approx. equity-free funding.

- Possibility of an extension of USD 7.5 K.

>> TWO ROUNDS A YEAR OF APPROXIMATELY 25STARTUPS EACH

The SFactory

1. Any industry.

2. Interest in the Chilean and Latin American market.

3. Team Leader must identify with the female gender.

4. Exclusive dedication to her startup (full-time job).

5. Be tech-based, with a scalable solution (use technology to

innovate and scale your product or service).

6. The company must have been created at most 12 months

before the applications opens.

7. The team leader has to settle in Chile at least throughout the

whole duration of the program or until you’ve spent the whole

grant (typically around 5 months).

8. If you win the 5M CLP extensión (US$7.5 K), you must stay in

Chile until you’ve also spent the extension money (typically 3

more months).

9. The team leader cannot be changed after the application is

completed.

10. Each cohort slightly varies in its Terms and Conditions. Make

sure to read the ones created for the call you’re applying to

The S Factory

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & RELEVANTINFORMATION:

- 6-month acceleration program for SUPs with

at least a functional product or service.

- $25 Million Chilean Pesos (USD $35k approx.)

equity-free funding, a soft-landing program,

and a hands-on acceleration program.

Possibility to receive a $25 Million CLP

extension, making a total of $50 Million CLP

equity-free funding (USD $70k approx.)

SEED

>> TWO ROUNDS A YEAR OF APPROXIMATELY 70STARTUPS EACH

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & RELEVANTINFORMATION:

Seed

1. Any industry.

2. Interest in the Chilean and Latin American market.

3. Must have at least a functional product orservice.

4. Teams with complementary skills have much better chances of

being selected, but you can apply as a sole founder.

5. Exclusive dedication to her/his startup (full-time job).

6. The Team Leader must be a founder (owns more than 10% of

the company).

7. The company must have been created at most 3 years before

the applications opens.

8. The Team Leader has to settle in Chile throughout the whole

duration of the program or until you’ve spent the whole grant

(typically between 7-9 months).

9. If you win the 25M CLP extension, then you must stay in Chile

until you’ve also spent the extension money (typically 7 more

months).

10. The Team Leader cannot be changed after the application is

completed.

11. You can apply as a natural person or as a company (only if it is

a Chilean company).

12. Each cohort slightly varies in its Terms and Conditions, make

1 year work visa for the whole team and significant others, which can be extended in

time. A painless paperwork process where you receive your Chilean ID and have the

opportunity to open a bank account (personal and/or company) during the first 2 weeks

of the program. 24/7 access to free co-working space.

4. ACCELERATION ACTIVITIES (at least one mandatory activity per month):

> SUP ACADEMY: Training program (workshops, talks and other learning

experiences)

>SUP BOARDS: Advisory board composed of voluntary experts in your industry

with whom you meet every 2 months to receive their guidance and connections

and also to demonstrate your progress throughout the program.

>PLATOONS: Peer to peer monitoring group of startups from your industry with

whom you meet every 2 months to demonstrate progress and gain peer insights.

>PITCH TRAINING: Group sessions where you can train your pitching skills on

different subjects such as sales, investor or a general pitch of your company.

5. PRESS CONNECTIONS AND SUPPORT WITH MEDIA COVERAGE

> Media connections, both national and international.

> Advise on how to introduce your entrepreneurship to media.

Up to USD $300,000 in exclusive benefits and discounts with services such as
