Present tense Nous is formal, maybe you’d use it in a speech, or speaking to your boss or someone important.

On is more casual, use it in everyday conversation.

Present tense For this class, it is much easier just to remember On, and use On in more or less any situation you encounter.

Vous is used to address more than one person. It is also used to talk to someone casually.

Tu is really only used with someone you know well, or are close to. It is a sign of resepct.

Present tense For this class, either one of them can be correct. I will not mark one right or the other wrong. Go with the one you find easier to remember.
