Who We Are

Chautauqua Adult Day Care Centers, Inc. offers daily programming to seniors with special needs resulting from chronic health problems, social isolation, mental impairment, or disorientation.

Individual needs will determine the schedule and frequency of attendance during day time hours. Program participants can attend on a regular basis or as needed.

Who Can Attend

Chautauqua Adult Day Care Centers, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt agency governed by a local volunteer Board of Directors.

Funding is Available.

A contribution is suggested to cover the daily cost of the program and is deter-mined on an individual basis.

Donations are suggested for meals and transportation.
