About the Organization

Little Angels Nursery School and Day Care, is an initiative of Subhash Muttreja Foundation ,a trust as per the Society’s Act

The Foundation has been set up primarily to provide nursery school education and child care with a vision to be a ‘Commercially viable Social Enterprise’. The Foundation has also been associated with several charitable trusts and charity associations too Powered by Cosmic Group, a real estate builder of repute, Cosmic is more than 25 yrs in the industry and has more than 40 projects in Delhi-NCR.

Our School

Little Angels Nursery School and Day Care, Noida, was founded in 1985 by Mrs. Sarita Tandon, the vice-chairperson of our Foundation and an Associate Montessori International

Our aim is to create an environment where teaching is a joy and learning a pleasure.

Our experience spans 28 years in the area of kids development and learning

We also have footprints in the area of Corporate Day Care, in a reputed organization

About School

Timings: For Play Group, Pre-Nursery, Nursery and KG classes are from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.

Staff strength: Headed by the Headmistress, the teaching staff would be provided at 1:10 ratio, with assistant teachers and staff

Infrastructure and Amenities: Designed by professional architect , room dedicated for activities which would include books and toys

Teaching and teaching aids: Designed by experts, the curriculum is to ensure every child gets admission to a higher school

Events: Cultural events, Picnics and annual day function will also conducted in an elaborate manner.

About Day Care

Timing: From 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, however, to be customized according to local requirement, operational on all days except Sundays/ public holidays.

Staffing: One full Centre Head, supported by two supervisors with a team of staff in the ratio of 5:1 and for smaller children it would be 3:1

Child Care: Daily observation checklist for all the kids for food, diapers and other activity would be maintained.

Activities: Would be conducted by the activity teacher for children above 2 years. For children above 5 years and children of the society, weekly visit by trained faculty would be invited

Activity room, air conditioned class rooms, regular parent interaction, mock interviews etc are some additional features

We would like our partners to share our vision and teach under-privileged children between 2 pm to 5 pm

Security and Safety would be a key focus

ID would cards issued to all students, staff and even to the parents and other family members authorized by the parents

Inoculation details of all children are to be mandatorily provided

CCTV cameras to monitor all movement in and out of the school

Police verification of all ancillary staff hired along with medical check up will be a must before hiring.

Minimum Space Required: Minimum area of 2500 to 6000 sq ft in a quiet, tranquil and peaceful locality. The premises should be on the ground floor with an open outdoor area to match with, which will act as the outdoor play area.

Minimum Investment: The initial investment will be in the range of INR 20 Lacs to INR 25 Lacs The initial investment would be towards ambience and equipment costs and would include the start up franchise license fee.

Franchisee License Fee: INR 3 Lacs for School and INR 2 lacs for Day Care at the time of agreement as one time franchisee license fee. As royalty, Little Angel charge 20% of the collection as our franchise fee

1. What qualifications do I need to set up Little Angel pre-school? Must I have prior experience in pre-school education before I can take up LITTLE ANGEL franchise?You should possess entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to succeed. You should be

enthusiastic about providing quality education to children. You must have reasonable financial resources and the ability to channelize them. You do not need any prior pre-school experience to start a LITTLE ANGEL franchise.

2. I currently own a pre-school. Is it possible to convert it into a LITTLE ANGEL franchisee school? Yes. You are welcome to join us and convert your existing school into a LITTLE

ANGEL franchise school. 3. What kind of property is required to set up a franchised unit?An independent premises or ground floor area with outdoor space located in a good

residential society will be ideal for setting up a franchised unit.

4. What are the requirements in terms of space and area?You will require a minimum area of 2500 to 6000 sq.ft and a separate outdoor space. 5. Will you provide help in finding suitable location to start the school?Yes. Once you sign the agreement, our site selection profession will assist you in

evaluating the market and identify appropriate location for your school. 6. How much will I need to invest?The investment amount would be ranging from Rs.20 to 25 lacs. 7. How much working capital is required in addition to this?The working capital amount will vary depending on each location. 8. What are the types of fees involved in the Franchise? You will need to pay a non-refundable Initial Franchise Fee at the beginning of the

Franchise term. On a continuing basis, you will also be required to pay royalty fees that is a percentage of your sales turnover for that period.

9. What is the franchisee fee payable?The franchisee fee is a one-time payment of Rs. 3 lacs for School and Rs. 2 lacs for day care centre depending on the location.

10. Is financing available? We do not provide financing, but we can connect you to banks that have special

schemes for entrepreneurs.

11. How soon can I recover the capital invested? You can recover the invested capital from the 2nd operational year.

12. Is the agreement renewable and what is the validity period?Yes, you can renew the agreement. It is valid for 5 years.

13. What kind of support is provided to the franchise before launch of the school?We provide a comprehensive support system that will ensure mutual growth and

success to our franchise units. Assistance will be provided across various forms such as:

16. Do you provide supplies such as books, uniforms, equipments for the school?Yes, we will provide you with books, worksheets, curriculum, study materials,

uniforms and equipment. We have our own team of suppliers and with the help of our team, schools will be provided with all the required supplies.

17. Where is the Franchisee training done?The training is conducted on site as well as at the Head Office.

18. How soon can the school be operational once I have been accepted as a franchisee?

The school can be operational within 60 working days if the premises are taken on lease. In case of construction of school building, it would take approximately 4 to 6 months
