THE RULES ARE SIMPLE:• To claim your Amplified Rewards, your travel agency’s owner/manager must first register at www.myamplifiedrewards.com/en. Agents will be able to sign up after the agency’s manager/owner has registered.• Bookings must be entered 7 days prior to travel. Any bookings submitted past travel will not be valid.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:• Eligibility: Retail Travel Agents - USA • A completed W-9 Form is required for payment in the US. • Applies to bookings made directly through All Inclusive Collection or your preferred travel provider. • Amplified Rewards is paid per room (min. 3 nights). • Groups up to 25 rooms qualify. Any additional rooms within the same group booking will not apply. • Additional $250.00 bonus is payable each time you reach 10 rooms within a calendar year & is paid separately. • Checks are made payable to Travel Agent or Agency. Combinations of more than one (1) name (and/or agency) do not qualify for the additional $250.00 bonus. It is the responsibility of the Travel Agency as to who claims the bookings and not that of All Inclusive Collection. • Travel agent, FAM, Interline, Relax ‘n Rock program, Web-Expedia, no-show, cancelled, or discounted rates do not qualify. • Local, state, and federal taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. • Amplified Rewards are paid upon verification of client’s stay. Checks will be sent out at the end of every quarter after client’s travel has been completed. Debit Card payments will be deposited no later than 72 hours after the client’s check-out date. • All Inclusive Collection reserves the right to alter or withdraw this program at anytime. • Valid for participating All Inclusive Hard Rock Hotels, including Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.
