Approaching the ministries of finance and trade about activating the law customs tariff for the protection of the national industry

Approached by the ministry of education to support the printing houses on the private sector to hire of more than 10000 workers

The implementation of discussion table with the other product parties and the participation of (44) participants from the general union for Iraqi workers with all its branches and representatives of the Iraqi federation of industries and discuss all joint activities which help to support the programs and proposals that increase the creation job opportunities

The implementation of discussion table with the federation of industries and the contractors about on job ndashtraining program and ways to support it and the benefit from it increase job opportunities

Several meetings with the ministry of planning and federation of workers and the Iraqi industries federation with experts and security on completion of the needs of the labor market survey

Preparation drafted laws that help to increase employment opportunities and participation in training -

The training allocations law

which provides for the granting of the trainee amount money for each day training

On ndashjob- training law

the draft law was prepared so that 50of the is paid from MOLSA and covering about one year in training

Producible Micro Loans ProjectAccording to the PM instructions and to enhance the living standards of the Iraqi citizens and to work in parallel with (Imposing Law Plan) and to minimize the unemployment of the well qualified Iraqi youth in order to improve the Iraqi economy

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) declare the (Producible Micro loans Program) for the collage graduates displaced citizens and the owners of the destroyed trade shops by the

terrorists operations according to the following conditions-

First Conditions1 Owner loan will manage the project

2 The amount of loan depend on the kind of the project and evaluation of feasibility committee which must not exceed (10) million (ID) as maximum

3 The loan amount will be paid for each payment according to the opinion of feasibility committee and amount of loan

4 payment of loans will be through a period of 5-8 years which included grace period of (6-12) for first months and that depends on the amount of lending and the opinion of the feasibility committee by coordination with Rafidain back

5 The amount of interest is 2 for administrative procedures bank

6 Organize contract between owner loan amp Rafidain Bank so determine guarantees for payment the loan

7 Loans covered the registers in employment center of labor amp vocational training office according precedence registration

8 The age must not exceed (45) years (1962 )

9 the displaced citizens from other governorates to Baghdad or inside Baghdad are included in this program but should be supported by a memorandum from Ministry of displaced and should have no Monthly or retirement salary No more than one member of the family should apply for the loan

10 The loans include the owners of thee destroyed trade shops due to the terrorist actions in condition that he did not receive any compensations from other organizations the families of the martyrs and heavy wounded are preferred but should be supported by Baghdad council approval

Needed Documents-

Iraqi identification document Ration card Graduation certificate Registration card as an unemployment Residence card Recent photos Personal commitment Approval memorandum from Ministry of displaced amp emigrants for the displaced Approval memorandum from Baghdad council for the owners of destroyed stores

Second The project was working in 1995 until 2002 by coordination with ILO and implemented

through the welfare office

And now The work was done through employment and vocational training center

The program previously included eight provinces (Baghdad Nineva Basra Karbala Babylon Diyala Kut)

No of Project 864 was set up small income-generating and the number of occupations to 90 career

Advertising the work started from the beginning of 2007 to cover the 100-project proceed to the first stage

The lending conditions include the following -

The project includes categories (with special needs in age of working-women heads of their families -prisoner released)

The amount of the loan up to three million Iraqi dinars and without benefits

A study of the project include lending by the special committees after fill forms for each applicant and to visit the site then determine the adequate amount of lending

The money will be not handed over in cash but the amount is the purchase of the requisite project by the committee and with the participation of the beneficiary

Approached by the ministry of education to support the printing houses on the private sector to hire of more than 10000 workers

The implementation of discussion table with the other product parties and the participation of (44) participants from the general union for Iraqi workers with all its branches and representatives of the Iraqi federation of industries and discuss all joint activities which help to support the programs and proposals that increase the creation job opportunities

The implementation of discussion table with the federation of industries and the contractors about on job ndashtraining program and ways to support it and the benefit from it increase job opportunities

Several meetings with the ministry of planning and federation of workers and the Iraqi industries federation with experts and security on completion of the needs of the labor market survey

Preparation drafted laws that help to increase employment opportunities and participation in training -

The training allocations law

which provides for the granting of the trainee amount money for each day training

On ndashjob- training law

the draft law was prepared so that 50of the is paid from MOLSA and covering about one year in training

Producible Micro Loans ProjectAccording to the PM instructions and to enhance the living standards of the Iraqi citizens and to work in parallel with (Imposing Law Plan) and to minimize the unemployment of the well qualified Iraqi youth in order to improve the Iraqi economy

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) declare the (Producible Micro loans Program) for the collage graduates displaced citizens and the owners of the destroyed trade shops by the

terrorists operations according to the following conditions-

First Conditions1 Owner loan will manage the project

2 The amount of loan depend on the kind of the project and evaluation of feasibility committee which must not exceed (10) million (ID) as maximum

3 The loan amount will be paid for each payment according to the opinion of feasibility committee and amount of loan

4 payment of loans will be through a period of 5-8 years which included grace period of (6-12) for first months and that depends on the amount of lending and the opinion of the feasibility committee by coordination with Rafidain back

5 The amount of interest is 2 for administrative procedures bank

6 Organize contract between owner loan amp Rafidain Bank so determine guarantees for payment the loan

7 Loans covered the registers in employment center of labor amp vocational training office according precedence registration

8 The age must not exceed (45) years (1962 )

9 the displaced citizens from other governorates to Baghdad or inside Baghdad are included in this program but should be supported by a memorandum from Ministry of displaced and should have no Monthly or retirement salary No more than one member of the family should apply for the loan

10 The loans include the owners of thee destroyed trade shops due to the terrorist actions in condition that he did not receive any compensations from other organizations the families of the martyrs and heavy wounded are preferred but should be supported by Baghdad council approval

Approaching the ministries of finance and trade about activating the law customs tariff for the protection of the national industry

Approached by the ministry of education to support the printing houses on the private sector to hire of more than 10000 workers

The implementation of discussion table with the other product parties and the participation of (44) participants from the general union for Iraqi workers with all its branches and representatives of the Iraqi federation of industries and discuss all joint activities which help to support the programs and proposals that increase the creation job opportunities

The implementation of discussion table with the federation of industries and the contractors about on job ndashtraining program and ways to support it and the benefit from it increase job opportunities

Several meetings with the ministry of planning and federation of workers and the Iraqi industries federation with experts and security on completion of the needs of the labor market survey

Preparation drafted laws that help to increase employment opportunities and participation in training -

The training allocations law

which provides for the granting of the trainee amount money for each day training

On ndashjob- training law

the draft law was prepared so that 50of the is paid from MOLSA and covering about one year in training

Producible Micro Loans ProjectAccording to the PM instructions and to enhance the living standards of the Iraqi citizens and to work in parallel with (Imposing Law Plan) and to minimize the unemployment of the well qualified Iraqi youth in order to improve the Iraqi economy

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) declare the (Producible Micro loans Program) for the collage graduates displaced citizens and the owners of the destroyed trade shops by the

terrorists operations according to the following conditions-

First Conditions1 Owner loan will manage the project

2 The amount of loan depend on the kind of the project and evaluation of feasibility committee which must not exceed (10) million (ID) as maximum

3 The loan amount will be paid for each payment according to the opinion of feasibility committee and amount of loan

4 payment of loans will be through a period of 5-8 years which included grace period of (6-12) for first months and that depends on the amount of lending and the opinion of the feasibility committee by coordination with Rafidain back

5 The amount of interest is 2 for administrative procedures bank

6 Organize contract between owner loan amp Rafidain Bank so determine guarantees for payment the loan

7 Loans covered the registers in employment center of labor amp vocational training office according precedence registration

8 The age must not exceed (45) years (1962 )

9 the displaced citizens from other governorates to Baghdad or inside Baghdad are included in this program but should be supported by a memorandum from Ministry of displaced and should have no Monthly or retirement salary No more than one member of the family should apply for the loan

10 The loans include the owners of thee destroyed trade shops due to the terrorist actions in condition that he did not receive any compensations from other organizations the families of the martyrs and heavy wounded are preferred but should be supported by Baghdad council approval

Second The project was working in 1995 until 2002 by coordination with ILO and implemented

through the welfare office

And now The work was done through employment and vocational training center

The program previously included eight provinces (Baghdad Nineva Basra Karbala Babylon Diyala Kut)

No of Project 864 was set up small income-generating and the number of occupations to 90 career

Advertising the work started from the beginning of 2007 to cover the 100-project proceed to the first stage

The lending conditions include the following -

The project includes categories (with special needs in age of working-women heads of their families -prisoner released)

The amount of the loan up to three million Iraqi dinars and without benefits

A study of the project include lending by the special committees after fill forms for each applicant and to visit the site then determine the adequate amount of lending

The money will be not handed over in cash but the amount is the purchase of the requisite project by the committee and with the participation of the beneficiary

Approached by the ministry of education to support the printing houses on the private sector to hire of more than 10000 workers

The implementation of discussion table with the other product parties and the participation of (44) participants from the general union for Iraqi workers with all its branches and representatives of the Iraqi federation of industries and discuss all joint activities which help to support the programs and proposals that increase the creation job opportunities

The implementation of discussion table with the federation of industries and the contractors about on job ndashtraining program and ways to support it and the benefit from it increase job opportunities

Several meetings with the ministry of planning and federation of workers and the Iraqi industries federation with experts and security on completion of the needs of the labor market survey

Preparation drafted laws that help to increase employment opportunities and participation in training -

The training allocations law

which provides for the granting of the trainee amount money for each day training

On ndashjob- training law

the draft law was prepared so that 50of the is paid from MOLSA and covering about one year in training

Producible Micro Loans ProjectAccording to the PM instructions and to enhance the living standards of the Iraqi citizens and to work in parallel with (Imposing Law Plan) and to minimize the unemployment of the well qualified Iraqi youth in order to improve the Iraqi economy

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) declare the (Producible Micro loans Program) for the collage graduates displaced citizens and the owners of the destroyed trade shops by the

terrorists operations according to the following conditions-

First Conditions1 Owner loan will manage the project

2 The amount of loan depend on the kind of the project and evaluation of feasibility committee which must not exceed (10) million (ID) as maximum

3 The loan amount will be paid for each payment according to the opinion of feasibility committee and amount of loan

4 payment of loans will be through a period of 5-8 years which included grace period of (6-12) for first months and that depends on the amount of lending and the opinion of the feasibility committee by coordination with Rafidain back

5 The amount of interest is 2 for administrative procedures bank

6 Organize contract between owner loan amp Rafidain Bank so determine guarantees for payment the loan

7 Loans covered the registers in employment center of labor amp vocational training office according precedence registration

8 The age must not exceed (45) years (1962 )

9 the displaced citizens from other governorates to Baghdad or inside Baghdad are included in this program but should be supported by a memorandum from Ministry of displaced and should have no Monthly or retirement salary No more than one member of the family should apply for the loan

10 The loans include the owners of thee destroyed trade shops due to the terrorist actions in condition that he did not receive any compensations from other organizations the families of the martyrs and heavy wounded are preferred but should be supported by Baghdad council approval

Iraqi identification document Ration card Graduation certificate Registration card as an unemployment Residence card Recent photos Personal commitment Approval memorandum from Ministry of displaced amp emigrants for the displaced Approval memorandum from Baghdad council for the owners of destroyed stores

Second The project was working in 1995 until 2002 by coordination with ILO and implemented

through the welfare office

And now The work was done through employment and vocational training center

The program previously included eight provinces (Baghdad Nineva Basra Karbala Babylon Diyala Kut)

No of Project 864 was set up small income-generating and the number of occupations to 90 career

Advertising the work started from the beginning of 2007 to cover the 100-project proceed to the first stage

The lending conditions include the following -

The project includes categories (with special needs in age of working-women heads of their families -prisoner released)

The amount of the loan up to three million Iraqi dinars and without benefits

Producible Micro Loans ProjectAccording to the PM instructions and to enhance the living standards of the Iraqi citizens and to work in parallel with (Imposing Law Plan) and to minimize the unemployment of the well qualified Iraqi youth in order to improve the Iraqi economy

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) declare the (Producible Micro loans Program) for the collage graduates displaced citizens and the owners of the destroyed trade shops by the

terrorists operations according to the following conditions-

First Conditions1 Owner loan will manage the project

2 The amount of loan depend on the kind of the project and evaluation of feasibility committee which must not exceed (10) million (ID) as maximum

3 The loan amount will be paid for each payment according to the opinion of feasibility committee and amount of loan

4 payment of loans will be through a period of 5-8 years which included grace period of (6-12) for first months and that depends on the amount of lending and the opinion of the feasibility committee by coordination with Rafidain back

5 The amount of interest is 2 for administrative procedures bank

6 Organize contract between owner loan amp Rafidain Bank so determine guarantees for payment the loan

7 Loans covered the registers in employment center of labor amp vocational training office according precedence registration

8 The age must not exceed (45) years (1962 )

9 the displaced citizens from other governorates to Baghdad or inside Baghdad are included in this program but should be supported by a memorandum from Ministry of displaced and should have no Monthly or retirement salary No more than one member of the family should apply for the loan

10 The loans include the owners of thee destroyed trade shops due to the terrorist actions in condition that he did not receive any compensations from other organizations the families of the martyrs and heavy wounded are preferred but should be supported by Baghdad council approval

The implementation of discussion table with the other product parties and the participation of (44) participants from the general union for Iraqi workers with all its branches and representatives of the Iraqi federation of industries and discuss all joint activities which help to support the programs and proposals that increase the creation job opportunities

The implementation of discussion table with the federation of industries and the contractors about on job ndashtraining program and ways to support it and the benefit from it increase job opportunities

Several meetings with the ministry of planning and federation of workers and the Iraqi industries federation with experts and security on completion of the needs of the labor market survey

Preparation drafted laws that help to increase employment opportunities and participation in training -

The training allocations law

which provides for the granting of the trainee amount money for each day training

On ndashjob- training law

the draft law was prepared so that 50of the is paid from MOLSA and covering about one year in training

Producible Micro Loans ProjectAccording to the PM instructions and to enhance the living standards of the Iraqi citizens and to work in parallel with (Imposing Law Plan) and to minimize the unemployment of the well qualified Iraqi youth in order to improve the Iraqi economy

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) declare the (Producible Micro loans Program) for the collage graduates displaced citizens and the owners of the destroyed trade shops by the

terrorists operations according to the following conditions-

First Conditions1 Owner loan will manage the project

2 The amount of loan depend on the kind of the project and evaluation of feasibility committee which must not exceed (10) million (ID) as maximum

3 The loan amount will be paid for each payment according to the opinion of feasibility committee and amount of loan

4 payment of loans will be through a period of 5-8 years which included grace period of (6-12) for first months and that depends on the amount of lending and the opinion of the feasibility committee by coordination with Rafidain back

5 The amount of interest is 2 for administrative procedures bank

6 Organize contract between owner loan amp Rafidain Bank so determine guarantees for payment the loan

7 Loans covered the registers in employment center of labor amp vocational training office according precedence registration

8 The age must not exceed (45) years (1962 )

9 the displaced citizens from other governorates to Baghdad or inside Baghdad are included in this program but should be supported by a memorandum from Ministry of displaced and should have no Monthly or retirement salary No more than one member of the family should apply for the loan

10 The loans include the owners of thee destroyed trade shops due to the terrorist actions in condition that he did not receive any compensations from other organizations the families of the martyrs and heavy wounded are preferred but should be supported by Baghdad council approval

Second The project was working in 1995 until 2002 by coordination with ILO and implemented

through the welfare office

And now The work was done through employment and vocational training center

the draft law was prepared so that 50of the is paid from MOLSA and covering about one year in training

Producible Micro Loans ProjectAccording to the PM instructions and to enhance the living standards of the Iraqi citizens and to work in parallel with (Imposing Law Plan) and to minimize the unemployment of the well qualified Iraqi youth in order to improve the Iraqi economy

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) declare the (Producible Micro loans Program) for the collage graduates displaced citizens and the owners of the destroyed trade shops by the

terrorists operations according to the following conditions-

First Conditions1 Owner loan will manage the project

2 The amount of loan depend on the kind of the project and evaluation of feasibility committee which must not exceed (10) million (ID) as maximum

3 The loan amount will be paid for each payment according to the opinion of feasibility committee and amount of loan

4 payment of loans will be through a period of 5-8 years which included grace period of (6-12) for first months and that depends on the amount of lending and the opinion of the feasibility committee by coordination with Rafidain back

5 The amount of interest is 2 for administrative procedures bank

6 Organize contract between owner loan amp Rafidain Bank so determine guarantees for payment the loan

7 Loans covered the registers in employment center of labor amp vocational training office according precedence registration

8 The age must not exceed (45) years (1962 )

9 the displaced citizens from other governorates to Baghdad or inside Baghdad are included in this program but should be supported by a memorandum from Ministry of displaced and should have no Monthly or retirement salary No more than one member of the family should apply for the loan

10 The loans include the owners of thee destroyed trade shops due to the terrorist actions in condition that he did not receive any compensations from other organizations the families of the martyrs and heavy wounded are preferred but should be supported by Baghdad council approval

Second The project was working in 1995 until 2002 by coordination with ILO and implemented

through the welfare office

And now The work was done through employment and vocational training center

The program previously included eight provinces (Baghdad Nineva Basra Karbala Babylon Diyala Kut)

No of Project 864 was set up small income-generating and the number of occupations to 90 career

Advertising the work started from the beginning of 2007 to cover the 100-project proceed to the first stage

The lending conditions include the following -

The project includes categories (with special needs in age of working-women heads of their families -prisoner released)

The amount of the loan up to three million Iraqi dinars and without benefits

A study of the project include lending by the special committees after fill forms for each applicant and to visit the site then determine the adequate amount of lending

which provides for the granting of the trainee amount money for each day training

the draft law was prepared so that 50of the is paid from MOLSA and covering about one year in training

Producible Micro Loans ProjectAccording to the PM instructions and to enhance the living standards of the Iraqi citizens and to work in parallel with (Imposing Law Plan) and to minimize the unemployment of the well qualified Iraqi youth in order to improve the Iraqi economy

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) declare the (Producible Micro loans Program) for the collage graduates displaced citizens and the owners of the destroyed trade shops by the

terrorists operations according to the following conditions-

First Conditions1 Owner loan will manage the project

2 The amount of loan depend on the kind of the project and evaluation of feasibility committee which must not exceed (10) million (ID) as maximum

3 The loan amount will be paid for each payment according to the opinion of feasibility committee and amount of loan

4 payment of loans will be through a period of 5-8 years which included grace period of (6-12) for first months and that depends on the amount of lending and the opinion of the feasibility committee by coordination with Rafidain back

5 The amount of interest is 2 for administrative procedures bank

6 Organize contract between owner loan amp Rafidain Bank so determine guarantees for payment the loan

7 Loans covered the registers in employment center of labor amp vocational training office according precedence registration

8 The age must not exceed (45) years (1962 )

9 the displaced citizens from other governorates to Baghdad or inside Baghdad are included in this program but should be supported by a memorandum from Ministry of displaced and should have no Monthly or retirement salary No more than one member of the family should apply for the loan

10 The loans include the owners of thee destroyed trade shops due to the terrorist actions in condition that he did not receive any compensations from other organizations the families of the martyrs and heavy wounded are preferred but should be supported by Baghdad council approval

And now The work was done through employment and vocational training center

The program previously included eight provinces (Baghdad Nineva Basra Karbala Babylon Diyala Kut)

No of Project 864 was set up small income-generating and the number of occupations to 90 career

Advertising the work started from the beginning of 2007 to cover the 100-project proceed to the first stage

The project includes categories (with special needs in age of working-women heads of their families -prisoner released)

The amount of the loan up to three million Iraqi dinars and without benefits

terrorists operations according to the following conditions-

First Conditions1 Owner loan will manage the project

2 The amount of loan depend on the kind of the project and evaluation of feasibility committee which must not exceed (10) million (ID) as maximum

3 The loan amount will be paid for each payment according to the opinion of feasibility committee and amount of loan

4 payment of loans will be through a period of 5-8 years which included grace period of (6-12) for first months and that depends on the amount of lending and the opinion of the feasibility committee by coordination with Rafidain back

5 The amount of interest is 2 for administrative procedures bank

6 Organize contract between owner loan amp Rafidain Bank so determine guarantees for payment the loan

7 Loans covered the registers in employment center of labor amp vocational training office according precedence registration

8 The age must not exceed (45) years (1962 )

9 the displaced citizens from other governorates to Baghdad or inside Baghdad are included in this program but should be supported by a memorandum from Ministry of displaced and should have no Monthly or retirement salary No more than one member of the family should apply for the loan

10 The loans include the owners of thee destroyed trade shops due to the terrorist actions in condition that he did not receive any compensations from other organizations the families of the martyrs and heavy wounded are preferred but should be supported by Baghdad council approval
