Consider marketing of the following continuing education courses: IT & ComputerApplications, Project Management, Human Resources, Finance & Small Business, andHealth.Of the additional program options, most respondents are very or extremely interested incontinuing education, especially in these areas. Alumni who graduated after 2000indicate additional interest in Languages and therefore FSCJ should consider targetedcommunication to these individuals.

Use e-mail and the FSCJ website as primary communication channels to communicate to alumniabout events and activities. The majority of alumni across degrees and graduation-year cohorts prefer e-mail as the main modeof communication to them while close to 40% report having visited the FSCJ website sincegraduating from the school. Additionally, FSCJ should consider exploring avenues to furtherimprove website user experience to ensure the website is meeting the user’s needs.

Consider additional job and career networking programs, especially targeting alumni withcertificates and Associate of the Arts degrees.
