Introduction
Some young people do not have any sports and all the time tends to eat too much food , this affects his health badly and deprive them from participating positively in their societies .
Think with us and tell us what can we do to have good health and be fit for life.
The essential questionWhy do we need good heath?

Do you have a sport? Why ?
How much time do you need to sleep and rest?
Group oneThey will collect information about the
healthy food that contains all the elements that body need to be fit and healthy such as foods that contain vitamins and carbohydrates.
Group 2They will go to library and get information
about the importance o sport in building strong bodies and how it can protect them from many dangers such as drugs and terrorism.
Group 3They will talk about the sufficient amount of
time needed to rest and relax. They can ask their science teacher to help them.
Group 4They will make a meeting with a doctor who
will tell them more about the suitable ways to get good health away from illness.
Group 5They will use the internet to collect pictures
about the different kinds of sports and foods .
Group 6They will visit a sports center to ask the
expert about the importance of sport and different kinds of sport they can practise .
Group 7They will form the Red Crescent Group at
school and will invite doctors to come to school and train them on first aids .
