What is one pressing problem I have now?

My pressing problem is smoking cigarettes.

When I have a free time, I’m always smoking cigarette.

If I have a trouble day, I will think immediately to smoke a cigarette.

How do I plan on solving the problem?

In 2007 I stopped smoking cigarettes but I returned smoking cigarettes in 2008.

My plan was:

Doing a Diet. Eating a lot of Gums. Taking Pills for stop smoking

cigarettes. (Zyban)Going to GYM.

How does the stop smoking pill work for smokers?

The drug increase the body’s levels of two “brain chemicals,” dopamine and norepinephrine – the same thing that occurs with nicotine. Actions of these chemicals in the brain give people a sense of energy and well being. Nicotine produces the same feelings.

The stop smoking pill helped more smokers to quit than the nicotine patch.

During the period of losing weight, I stopped smoking cigarettes.

Why quitting can seem so hard?

The act of smoking is fixed as a daily habit and, at the same time, the nicotine from cigarettes provides a temporary, and addictive, high. Eliminating that regular fix of nicotine will cause your body to experience physical withdrawal symptoms and cravings. To successfully quit smoking, you’ll need to address both the habit and the addiction by changing your behavior and dealing with nicotine withdrawal symptoms.

How did I overcome this difficult situation?

My Mom was helping me a lot to overcome this difficult situation.

Taking the pills for stop smoking cigarette everyday.

Going to the GYM everyday.

When I feel I want to smoke cigarette, I will eat gum or do an extra work in the GYM.

Your reasons for quitting smoking might include:

I will feel healthier and have more energy, whiter teeth and fresher breath.

I will lower my risk for cancer, heart attacks, and early death.

I will make myself and my partner, friends, and family proud of me.

I will no longer expose my children and others to the dangers of my smoke.

I will have more money to spend. I won't have to worry: "When will I

get to smoke next time?"
