Audit Process

You will get 90 days for completing the Audit process Following documents may need to submit

Copies of your diploma/global equivalent Signatures from your supervisor(s) or manager(s) from the project(s)

recorded in the experience verification section of the application Copies of certificates and/or letters from the training institute(s) for

each course recorded on the application to meet the required contact hours of project management education

Need to send all materials in one time, one envelop. After receiving the documents PMI audit take about five to seven business

days to complete. Once you successfully complete the audit, your one-year examination

eligibility period starts

Application Tips

Registration and membership is different. Registration is free. You can start PMP Exam application process by completing registration. Application process is tricky and time consuming (Need to fill-up around 8

pages). You can save your application as required before final submission (need to re-

open after 90 days) (What does it meaning??) You will get a notification via mail with-in 5 working days if your application is

eligible for Examination or selected for audit process you will be asked to submit supporting documentation if selected for audit. You need to pay the exam fee after getting eligibility. You will have 1 year for passing PMP after eligible for exam. (For audit 90 days

will be added) You can sit 3 times against one application (if failed).

Note: PMI makes changes to aspects of the exam. So please check latest PMP handbook for update process.

Step 1 Read PMBOK®/Classroom slides and solve class room questions after completing each chapter. (class room course/online course) Step 2 Read PMBOK®/Classroom sides/ and listen video tutorial again and solve “Rita Mulcahy’s” Chapter Questions. Step 3Read Rita Mulcahy/watch video tutorial again and solve the same questions at Rita again. Note down your weak points. (answering wrong again and again)Step 4Again Read Rita Mulcahy, PMBOK®/Classroom slides, and listen video tutorial in parallel and try to fix all your weak points. Take help from internet. Call your Instructor if required. Step 5 Solve 200 Exam Questions at www.pmcbd.net (You need to score more then 75%). If the score is low, start from Step 2. Step 6Solve 10 to 15 lite Mock Exam (1 hours) at www.pmcbd.net note your weak areas and try to fix it. Score need to increase upto 80%. Call instructor if required.Step 7Test you stress again by sitting at least two 4 hours full Mock exam (200 questions) You need to score around 80% . If score is low, read the course materials again and again.

Memorize all formulas (It is simple and easy)5. Understand the situations explain in the questions.6. Read all the answers (There might be more then one right answer)7. Understand the PMI-isms (You may take help form Rita Mulcahy 9th Edition)8. Test your stress (Physical, Mental and Emotional) before they test you in the

exam. 9. Plan the 4 hours (Do not get stack in one questions, remember, it is

impossible to correct all 175 questions.)

Exam passing Tips

1. Situational Questions: To answer required real world experience and knowledge of the exam concept.

2. Question with more than one right answer: Need to pick the best right answer3. Question with extraneous information: Identify the right information needed

based on question which usually defined at last line of the questions. 4. Question with made-up terms: Do not expect all terms in the answer will mean

something. 5. Question where understanding is important: To understand such question you

need to understand terms, concept of decomposition and value of each technique.

6. Question with new approach to a known topic: Known topic but different applications.

7. Question with more then one item in each choice: Answer is where all items are right.

8. Excessively wordy questions: Know term will explain differently.

1. Reccy the Prometric center before Exam. 2. Choice a session that you are comfortable (Morning or Afternoon)3. DO NOT STUDY and have little extra sleep before the Exam Day.

(Remember, knowing everything is impossible)4. Bring Food!! Fix the hunger pains when taking exam. (You need to leave

pc if you want to take food or water) 5. Memory Dumping!! That giving you trouble to remember. Try to finish it

by 7 minutes. (Prometric will provide paper and pencil). 6. Take deep breath and keep smile face while taking the exam. 7. Control your frustration and maintain focus on each question. 8. Use all the exam time. Remember, do not over smart! 9. Remember 25 “prerelease questions”. 10. Remember PMI-isms
