3. Choose ListingTo add a new Premium Listing, click the “Add” button, then select the “Add Premium Listing (7 days)” option and select the property of choice.

4. Select your AreasChoose the suburbs, cities or provinces you’d like to promote this property in. Click the “Add” button, then start typing the name of the area you’re looking for. Check the box next to the correct area from the pre-populated list.

Please note:

• You can choose as many areas as you like!

• If you choose a city or province, your Premium Listing will only be shown on that city or province’s search result page, but not on the suburb pages that fall within the city or province.

• The cost of promoting a Premium Listing depends on the areas that you choose, so as you pick your areas, you’ll see your total cost being tallied.

• The Premium Listings fees will be reflected on your Agency’s invoice at the end of the month.

• To remove an area, simply highlight the area and press the minus button.

5. SubmitClick the “Submit for Approval” button and the status of your request will change to Pending.

6. Get Email Approval

An email request will be sent to your Agency’s Principal or designated Approver, asking them to Approve or Decline your request.

7. Receive Confirmation

Once your Premium Listing is Approved or Declined, you will receive an email confirmation. If your request is Approved, your Premium Listing will be active on Property24.com within an hour.

Premium vs Featured ListingsWhich one should I order?

• Premium Listings take preference over Featured Listings.

• Premium Listings rotate amongst themselves at the top of the first pages, while Featured Listings rotate on the pages following Premium Listings.

• Premium Listings allow an Agency sole exposure at the top of the particular page for 7 days, whilst Featured Listings share exposure with up to two other brands for a 30-day period.

Premium Listings include a Seller Lead!

Premium Listings will appear at the top of all selected area pages for 7 days from the date of approval.

If you are a Branded Listings customer, your logo will also display on your Premium Listings, amplifying your brand exposure.

There are often multiple result pages of general listings in an area. Each of these result pages will have 1 Premium Listing spot available. All Premium Listings in an area will be rotated across the pages and receive an equal share of exposure on page one and every page thereafter.

Should all Premium Listings spaces for an area be full, you will receive a

Listings spaces become available regularly, so please re-apply.

If you sell the property while it’s Premium and mark it as sold, a sold banner will appear on the Premium Listing and it will continue to be promoted for the balance of the 7 days. If you are a Branded Listings customer, this is a powerful branding opportunity!

If you remove a general listing from Property24.com while it is a Premium Listing, the general listing and the Premium Listing will be removed from Property24.com completely and the balance of your 7 days will be forfeited.

As soon as your Premium Listing request has been approved, your order will be placed. This cannot be reversed and the only way to remove a Premium Listing is to remove it from Property24.com completely, thereby forfeiting the balance of your 7 days. So be sure before you hit that button!

Agencies will be limited to one Premium Listing per 7 day period in certain A list of these suburbs is available, which will be amended

from time to time, depending on the demand.
