Product Inspiration

During the early 20th century, when chuck wagon cooks lost their jobs after the Western migration ended, they began opening chili parlors in order to make a living. Rail workers and cattle drivers flocked to these establishments to get chili con carne, a meat and pepper stew favorite.

Our Premium Cowboy Beer and Bean Chili is bubbling with authentic taste. Chock-full of tomatoes, onion, pinto beans and garlic, plus nopales cactus, this chili has bison and ground beef which creates its savory Southwestern flavor. To give it a kick, we’ve added chili powder.

And what about our Premium Green Chili Soup? Loaded with savory pork, tomatoes and a combination of green chilies and poblano peppers, this dish is considered a Chili Verde. For depth of flavor, we’ve added chicken demi-glace for complexity.
