As co-founder of Premier Realty Partners and former top-producing agent for Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, Matt possesses a wealth of time-earned residential real estate experience and sales accolades. Matt has been involved in hundreds of transactions through the years, and has been recognized in the top one percent of all Realtors in Central Florida, as a Top Producer for Stirling Sotheby's and as a Star Performer by the Board of Realtors. His mission and reason for co-founding Premier Realty Partners is to provide clients with unsurpassed professional service and accessibility every step of the way in their transaction
Steve was one of Stirling Sotheby's International Realty's top sales and listing executives, winning rookie of the year in 2002 and numerous top sales, listing and Chairman's Club awards.
Steve has also served as VP and SVP of Sales and Marketing for several public and private companies. This experience was instrumental in launching Premier Realty Partners during one of the most difficult real estate markets in our country's history. Steve's other passion is the Sharing Hope Foundation and TeamJanice.com which he founded in 2005 to support the fight against brain cancer and ALS.
Rich is a degreed Architect as well as a Licensed Real Estate Professional. He is a true professional in every sense of the word, striving to provide the highest level of services to his clients. He has over 20 years of experience in residential & commercial sales, design, construction, and marketing as well as 11 years of Executive Level Management of a multi-million dollar specialty construction company.
