Premier was founded on Biblical Principles 32 years ago in Dallas TX by a couple, Andy & Joan Horner, who at the age of 60 started a company that would enrich lives around the world (and US) by supporting missions and ministries in 66 countries!

They also wanted to enrich the lives of women through relationships and teaching them how to have a pulled together look!
