same window. Address information as well as
other auxiliary data can be stored for the Customer.
Step 1: Enter in Customer Information

how your Couriers are being utilized.

Step 2: Enter in Route Information

Last Day of Month- Occurs on the last business day of the month
Interval Pickups- Occur in frequency such as every other week
Weekly Pickups- Occur on a weekly repetitive basis for one or more days in
the week
Calendar Pickups- Occur on a specified day of the month, such as 2nd Monday of the
month
Absolute Pickups- Occur on the closest
business day to the specified date

On Call Pickups are entered using pickup date, time, and route.
Tracking Cancellations as well as Additions
ensures accurate Customer billing.

Step 3: Run Daily Route Sheet
Creating Daily Route sheets is as simple as entering a date and pushing a button...

Route Sheets list all Customers on the Route with lines for logging the
Customer’s pickup.

Adjustments will be added on to the Route Sheet and integrated into the Route

Each Route Sheet can contain specialized drop off
notes or comments

In addition to the Daily Route Sheets CRIS contains over 20 reports to help you organize, track, and analyze your
Courier program.

“bulk up” the route.

One of the most powerful features of CRIS is the Activity Report.
This report can be run for any date range, but typically is generated for a month period. It summarizes the number of stops for each Customer. It can also total the data by Branch and Cost Center.

into Customer and Internal totals.
