Script:

• EXT. Apartments - Day. - In a quiet part of town, a deal is being completed between two unknown men who are meeting at a secret location for further discussion and assignment. The man walking towards the apartments is carrying a bag with its contents unknown.

INT. Inside apartments - Day - The second man (the leader) is waiting inside reading a book. The camera cuts to the man making his way to the meeting. The man with the bag (the worker) enters the room and the leader looks up. The worker throws the bag on the sofa, giving the man sitting down a look of regret and anger.

Worker:

"I've got the stuff."

 Leader:

  "Good..."

*Leader turns to continue writing but slowly looks back up after having a second thought.*

Leader:

"...An-And Jimmy?"

Worker:

 "Dead."

*The leader drops his pen in shock. After a moment, he points at the chair to invite the worker to sit down and explain to him what happened on their mission. He continues to sit down and slowly talks about what happened on their mission.*

Location Photos• Here are photos of the location we filmed our Preliminary video at.

We chose this location as it gave us the opportunity to have more variety of shots. The following shots are in chronological order so it is easy for everyone to understand what order the Preliminary video will go in.

The following shot is our establishing tracking shot of the worker walking towards the apartments.

This is the building that the worker will be entering. We will use a lot of camera angles here such as close-ups on the door handle being

used and medium shots of him walking towards the door.

Location Photos continued

• This shot is where the worker with the bag opens the door to make his way to the destination. We will use match-on-action to keep the video smooth and continuous with no uncomfortable shots. The film will lead from the front door to the apartments to the yellow door which is the leader’s apartment or hideout. This will lead to the hallway and the living room where most of the shots will take place..

Production Photos

• Here are a few pictures of Will and Connor working on different shots and camera angles for our preliminary video. The first picture is of us doing an establishing shot, the second being the over the shoulder shot and the third being the tracking shot.

• Here we have Connor working on the over the shoulder shot when both characters are talking to each other. The practice of experimenting with different camera angles helped us make our video more engaging and more interesting.

Timeline• Here is the timeline for our Preliminary Video. It tells us what will happen when, how and when the credits will appear.

Storyboards

• Here are our storyboards, dictating what shot we need to do and what order it should be in. We tried to get different types of camera angles so it's more interesting for the audience instead of the same types of shots every time.

Overhead Plan:

• This is our overhead plan and shows where our character is going, what sort of camera angles and shots we will use and where we will use them. We gave a wide range of ideas and eventually came to a conclusion as to what we were going to do.

Mind-map

• This is a shot of our first mind-map idea and the developed ideas. It's a quick mind map of what props we would use, what the plot will be and the narrative enigmas we will use in the video.
