1. Where do you live? I live in San Sebastián de los

Reyes/Alcobendas. It´s a town near

Madrid.

Reyes/Alcobendas?

There are some parks, there is a beautiful

park, the park´s name is Dehesa Boyal.

There is a train station, a Bullring, a library

and a there is a Town Square in the town

centre.

3. Do you live in a house or a

flat?

I live in a flat/house.

9. What can you see out of the

window in your flat?

I can see a church, a chemist´s, a bank, a

baker´s, a supermarket. I can see the

street, some trees, some cars, the road…

neighbourhood.

My neighbourhood is Dehesa Vieja. There

is a big Hospital “Infanta Sofia” , there is an

outlet shopping centre “Alegra”, there is a

sports centre “Dehesa Boyal”, there is a

church and a lot of restaurants and bars.

5. Do you live near the school? Yes I do. I live near the school.

No I don´t.

How do you come to school?

No I don´t. I come to school on foot/by car.

MY SCHOOL

1. What school do you go to? I go to Miguel Delibes school.

2. What do you do at school? I study second grade of Primary. I speak English/

read/write/draw/play with my friends/run/listen

to my teachers/play games/sing/dance…

got?

I have got Spanish, Music, PE, Science, English,

Arts, Math…

4. Do you wear a school

uniform?

Yes, I do. I wear a green jumper, a White T-shirt,

grey trousers and black shoes. I wear a skirt, and

green tights. I wear green and grey trousers, a

green jumper and trainers for P.E.

5. Describe your school. It is new and big. There are 2 buildings: One is

for Infant Education, and the other is for Primary

Education.

In the Infant Education building there is a gym

and the Secretary´s office.

In the Primary building, there is a computer

room and a music room on the first floor.

The playground and the dining room are outside

on the ground floor.

6. Where is your classroom?

Where are the toilets?

My classroom in on the first floor.

The toilets are opposite the stairs.

7. What does your classroom

look like?

There are 3 windows, there are 2 doors. There is

a blackboard and a digital board. There is a

library, there is a cupboard and a bookcase.

there in your class?

There are 23 students.

ROUTINES AND TIMES

1. What time do you get up? I get up at 7:30 (half past seven)/ 8 o´clock.

2. What do you do before you

come to school?

First I get dressed, then I wash my hands, I brush

my hair, I have breakfast, and finally I brush my

teeth.

I start school at 9:30 (half past nine).

school in the morning?

I finish school at 1:00 (one o´clock).

today?

Today the first lesson was English.

afternoon?

In the afternoon I go to the dining room/ I go

home. I do my homework. I have dinner.

In the afternoon I start school at 3:00 (three

o´clock) and I finish at 4:30 (half past four).

school?

I do my homework, I have got English lessons, I

have got drama lessons, I play in the park with

my friends…

I read a book, I relax on the sofa, I watch TV, I
