STRATEGIES:

Giving new business opportunities and adding value to

the already incubated companies through innovative

tiveinnovative methods and awareness of business.

OBIECTIVES:

- Stimulating the entrepreneurial initiatives, development of the start-ups, creating newjobs and a new communication network, establishing a collaboration between studentsand teachers;

- Exploiting the potential of staff by applying in the real economy;

- Establishing a collaborating mechanism which will be economically profitable and theimplementation of teachers within companies started by the students

- Development of the applied research within the entrepreneurial

field with its high added value

TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF THE BUSINESS INCUBATOR FROM ASEM

Surface 278 m

outdoor facilities - green spaces, walkways,parking,

utilities - water, sewer, heat, electricity,

telecommunication system, security.

The infrastructure it is used in the following away:

97,1 m spaces under incubation - 6 offices

73,5 m multifunctional space: conference room, information center and

communications, reception

other areas: space for occasional meetings and interactions between

entrepreneurs, bathroom, archive, heating.

PROVIDED SERVICES TO THE INCUBATED COMPANIES

- Reception services - provided by a receptionist employed by the incubator.

- Secretarial services - involves sending faxes, mail etc. to ensure correspondence.

- Providing security services - the service refers to equipment maintenance of the

incubated firms.

- Communication services - ensuring the necessary infrastructure communication:

Internet, telephony, etc.

- Cleaning and maintenance of premises used by the incubated companies.

will require the same characteristics from both employees and collaborators.- In this way the best practices will replicate and create

sustainable business, creative and meet market needs in

a way that honors them.

BUSINESS IDEAS CONTEST

The main objective of the contest is to give participants a chance to receive offers

of funding to projects developed by the banks, investment funds, private investors etc..

The finalists also compete for money awards and valuable objects. The

competition offers young participants the opportunity to develop entrepreneurial skills,

teamwork skills and mutual cooperation. Participants also have the opportunity to get

informed from the experience and skills with leading entrepreneurs and experts from

institutions specializing in development and review business plans (consulting

institutions, banks, investment funds etc.).. In addition, all participants receive feedback

on the business plan submitted by the qualified jurors in the field.

Business Ideas Competition is an initiative of ASEM and was held for the first

time in 2005 for students from the Academy of Economic Studies. The competition is

organized each year and is successful in achieving its main objective: to support the spirit

of entrepreneurship of the students from ASEM, to create business

and transform their innovative ideas into successful business.
