The control cabinet is directly connected with the machine. The operator panel for machine operation is mounted at the XS-2 machine. The inspection data and the imajes of each camera will be shown on the TFT- monitor. Industrial PC of B & R is used.

A PLC controls the machine functions and the communications with the operator interface.

The design of the machine complies with current guidelines ,OSHA regulations and CE requirements. The electrical standard is EN 60204-1.

All product contact parts are mounted on colums above a central machine platform,clearly seperating the drive section of the machine from the product transport. Quick line clearance , short cleaning times and minimum cross contamination risk are the results of this design.

In slower and mid size machines rotation and brake units are mounted on movable modules and can be adjusted automatically for each product. Motors and belts are fully covered and located underneath the machine table.

The cameras are completely enclosed and protected against mechanical damage and dust . The entire camera module can be dismantled easily for maintenance purpose.
