ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE
CONSULTATIONS AND VISITS 70 €Reimbursement of €10 per session, with a maximum of €70 per year, for consultations in non-conventional treatments (homeopathy, osteopathy, kinesiology, sophrology, chiropraxy, acupuncture, mesotherapy, hippotherapy, reflexology, naturopathy and micro-kine-siology) by a Mutualia-recognized service provider.
HOMEOPATHY 100 €Reimbursement of 50% of the purchase price for homeopathic medicines prescribed by a physician, capped at €100 per year.
PHYTOTHERAPY 50 €Reimbursement of 50% of the purchase price for phytotherapy prescribed by a physician, with a maxi-mum of €50 per year and excluding dietary supple-ments.
LOANS AND ADVANCES
We o�er an interest free loan for health care expenses (up to €750), for students (up to €370) or an advance on your allowance (up to €370), repayable in up to 10 monthly instalments. (Adminis-tration fees are set at 1% of the borrowed amount).
PATIENT CARE
Benefit from our approved day-care service for persons su�ering from moderate or severe loss of autonomy. Reim-bursement of up to €5 per hour worked, with a maximum of 100 hours per year and per household, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
DRIVING LESSONS
We o�er practical driving lessons at a rate of €35 per hour, in 2-hour modules.
FAMILY OR HOUSEHOLD HELP
Additional help with comfort and hygiene, shopping and administrative procedures, excluding service vouchers. We intervene at a rate of 0.50€/hour worked at your home with a maximum of 250 hours per year and per household.

VIVAMUT / SOCIAL ALARM SYSTEMThanks to Vivamut and for only €0.50 per day, you can benefit from telemonitoring devices which are directly connected to a 24-hour alarm centre.
Register your child for pre-marital savings starting in the year they turn 14 until the age of 26. Parents, grandparents or any other family members can contribute between €18 and €48 per year until marriage or cohabitation of the child (until the age of 30 at the latest).

HOME REPAIRS
Highly qualified sta� for home repairs, renovations, minor housework and garden maintenance (excluding lawn mowing). Price is €10 per hour for BIM members and €12 for non-BIM members. This service is reserved for people over the age of 65 or who are more than 66% disabled.
PSYCHOTHERAPY
Benefit from reduced rates for a consultation with a psycho-logist or a cognitive screening test.
PATIENT TRANSPORT
EMERGENCY TRANSPORT 250 € Reimbursement of 50% of the costs of emergency ambulance transport (not covered by your compulso-ry insurance), with a maximum of €250 per year. Reimbursement of part of the costs of non-urgent transport by ambulance or a small ambulance taxi: Up to €17.50 for the first 10 km, increased by max. €1 per km from the 11th km, with a maximum of €250 per year.
HELICOPTER TRANSPORT 500 €Intervention of 75% of the price paid up to a max. of €500/year.
TAXI TRANSPORT VIA ASBL 200 €Reimbursement of €0.25 per km, limited to €30 per round trip, with a maximum of €200 per year.

FRAMES, GLASSES AND LENSES 125 € Reimbursement of €62.50 every 2 years for children under the age of 18 and with a prescription from an ophthalmologist.
Reimbursement of €125 every 4 years for adults and with a prescription from an ophthalmologist.
GLASSES FRAMES 25 € Reimbursement of €25 per frame every 4 years upon submission of the invoice.
For children under the age of 18, the first reimburse-ment for a frame will be €75.
LASER SURGERY 250 €Reimbursement of €125 for each eye in the case of laser or ultrasound surgery.

MEDICAL CHECK-UP 25 €Reimbursement of €25 per year for screening for colorectal cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer,osteoporosis, type II diabetes, cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative disease or HIV.
VACCINATIONS 35 € Annual reimbursement of €35.
HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS VACCINES 150 € Reimbursement of 3 x €50 for preventive vaccines against human papillomavirus, not reimbursed by thecompulsory insurance but recognized in Belgium.
SMOKING CESSATION 60 €Reimbursement of 3 x €20 for smoking cessation medication, including patches, upon submission of a document issued by the pharmacist (once in a lifetime).
CONTRACEPTION AND MENOPAUSE 40 € Maximum annual reimbursement of €40 for condoms, birth control pills, vaginal rings, injections, contraceptive patches or any hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for the purpose of treating menopausal symptoms, upon presentation of a BVAC certificate (no age limit).
