application without the ACT score if you are taking the ACT in June. The deadline to submit your ACT score from June testing is July 1, 2020 at 4:00pm).
• Application must be complete • Composite ACT Score: 18 • Eligible for Math 100 and English 101 • GPA 2.5
• Students with Late or Incomplete applications will be considered ineligible • Letter of Good Standing from previously enrolled Nursing Program sent to
dmcclellan@snead.edu • Admission to Snead State Community College and in Good Standing • Meet Essential Functions • Copy of All Transcripts (Even Snead State’s; can be unofficial for application but official
should be sent to admissions office) • Original Certificate of Attendance of Pre-Application Seminar (2 points)
• A = 3 points • B = 2 points • C = 1 point
• Pre-Application Seminar = 2 points • Only one time attendance allowed/year • Must submit original, signed copy with application
