PRAY ALWAYS Daniel 1:1-21; 3:1-30; 6:1-28 (Daniel in the Lion’s Den)
Instructions: Daniel was thrown in the lion’s den because he refused to pray to King Darius. Instead
prayed to God everyday. Colour the picture of the friendly lion. Parent/guardian, help your child cut the
mask and eye holes out, then attach string for your child to wear the mask.
PARENTAL DISCIPLESHIP TIME:
Take a walk with your child and pray for anything that comes to mind to
show him/her that they can pray anywhere and at any time.

During your breakfast time, share with your child on the importance of
praying continually. Create and decorate a family reminder on when to
pray, and put it in a place where everyone can see it.
Daniel prayed continually and without fear. This showed his
love for God. Colour the picture of Daniel praying in the den
of lions, then fit the letters in the lion’s paws. The first one
has been done for you.
