Project Description: Scope of the project is to mesh the standard Frame as per the weld criteria requirement of Caterpillar standards. FEA model was created with the hex-mesh, shell-mesh as well as the tetra mesh and embedding wherever required. G-load cases are prepared for LCF and HCF and stresses are compared with Endurance of the weld and parent material, Yield limits and modal analysis of the structure and studying the mode shapes of the first 10 modes. After structure is passing necessary criteria results were shared with the client through final report preparation.

To run the modal analysis of the structure and studying the mode shapes of the first 10 modes and connection.
