Over the last two decades, our lives have been transformed inremarkable new ways. These shifts in behavior, expectations, and experiences provide incredible opportunities for businessgrowth, but keeping up with them poses new challenges. Oneof the most critical ways to turn change into growth is by buildingand constantly developing a strong brand. Growth is fundamentalto life. It is an inherent part of human being. So is change, themost common change drivers include: technological evolution, process reviews, crisis, and consumer habit changes; pressurefrom new business entrants , acquisitions , mergers , andorganizational restructuring. It includes methods that redirect orredefine the use of resources, business process, budgetallocations, or other modes of operation that significantly changea company or organization.
Change is must for advancement in every sphere of life. Itenriches life with new experiences, feelings and satisfactions.Change is a continuous process. Change and innovation areinterrelated. Innovation leads to change and change brings newideas, new products and services, new methods and techniquesalong with that changing in government policies like demonetization,GST has also acted as a large factor for change. So, it becomesimperative to adapt, control and effect the change for thebetterment of the society as a whole.
