PRODUCT RANGE

Stamping - do more with less Our Stamping operations are geared to produce parts in thin (<0.5mm) and thick steel (2 to 3mm), with a variety of shapes and features and across applications like Braking, Chassis, Steering parts for 4 and 2 wheelers and Tractors. The operation is designed to be flexible and cost competitive, also in medium and low volume situations, and uses stage as well as progressive die technology. Our specialty is high volume , tight tolerance precision stampings in variety of materials . We Run nearly 20million stampings per year @ 98% on time delivery rate.

OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

With the future in mind and the requirement to meet the demands of our continuously growing customer list we have invested in the state of the art plant and machinery embedded with the latest and superior technology . The injection moulding set up , equipped with the very latest microprocessor controlled machines varying from 45 T to 180 T , allows us to make plastic moulded products of varying nature from 10 gms to 350gms .

There are various advantages that we have gained over 30 years as a result of our considerable investment in these latest and modern technologies , some of which are shorter cycle time , a high degree of quality control and near elimination of material wastage . These advantages are duly passed onto the customers , thus providing us a competitive edge over others .

Stamping components range from <0.5mm thickness to 3mm.

Overall covered area of 12,000 sq ft provides us with the flexibity for future growth prospects .

FUTURE PLANS

FUTURE PLANS We have ambitious growth plans for the future and some of our targets include –

¨  To expand our customer base and to cater to global needs and demands

¨  To focus on export opportunities and achieve a minimum export target of 50 % of total turnover

¨  To set up a 100 % Export Oriented Unit (EOU)

¨  To finance our expansion plans through internal accruals, promoters contributions and raising of minimum external debt and move towards becoming a debt free company

¨  To constantly upgrade our manufacturing facilities and have 80% Automation level

¨  To further improve our quality management system and reach a Zero ppm level at customer end and 500 ppm level for in-house production

¨  Revenue target of 100 MINR by 2018-19

¨  To add new Machinery – Stamping tonnage to be increased to 200T , Injection moulding machine tonnage to be increased to 350 T .
