A proper implementation1. Rethink your educational process.

2. Decide how ICT will be used to support and enhance it.

An important note Align ICT to your processes and not the other way around…

…unless this is exactly what you want to do…

…and make sure that everyone on the team is on the same page.

Some important things to consider! Flexibility is important. Topics that seem similar may in fact require:1. Radically different sets of tools or2. Different ways to apply them

Keep IT close... …and do not overuse it. e-Learning cannot compensate for a poor learning process.

The rules are changing! A small example for Q2 2013:

1. HP reports 32% drop in profit and 20% from its PC division.

2. Dell reports “79 percent [drop], partly due to the shrinking PC market”

3. Gartner Group reports a drop of about 10% for the computer market (sold 76 million units; nearly 10 million units less than the stimates!)

4. “Gartner Says Smartphone Sales Grew 46.5% in Second Quarter of 2013 and Exceeded Feature Phone Sales for First Time” (225 million smartphones)Sources
