Toast–Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 pieces of bread (preferably multigrain stale)

• 2 eggs

• about 3 / 4 szklaki milk (0.5%)

• approximately 50g blue cheese (Rokpol, Dor Blue, etc.)

• salt, white pepper

• sprouts

• clarified butter (or sunflower oil)

• PREPARATION:
