They are dynamics personality and always ready to adjust with the people , time and situations.

A contributor focus on achieving goals of the team and for the team , rather than focusing on his own personal success.

EXPERIENCE

He have a work experience of 22 years . He have worked in Indian Navy for 18 years. On retirement, he joined the Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Company Limited in sep 2011 and working there till date.

How he takes his work ????He always take his job as a challenge . It

gives him enthusiasm for completing the job .According to him casual attitude towards job

always prove foolish.When any new opportunity comes, he accept

it . He first analyses the total merits and

demerits of the job then plan accordingly and finish it . Without proper planning you cannot finish your job properly.

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL EMPLOY

One must be sincere, hardworking, disciplined, time bound , loyal,empathetic andmust be truthful.

JOB SATISFACTION For him there should be both external and

internal satisfaction.But he prefer the internal satisfaction first

.If his works satisfies other’s view that also

make him happy.

And according to him if you are satisfied, that is the biggest reward.

DESIGN SOLUTION

When I asked him , that sir sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your juniors are not working according to your expectations . How do you make them work ?

He told me why this will happen . You must put yourself as an example in front of your junior. They will automatically work.

SUGGESTIONS

Be more enthusiastic.Always keep trying and never lose hope.Be a learner.

CONCLUSIONAs we know no one is perfect but his

answers was very much satisfactory and matches to the characteristics of a contributor.
