Highlighted text: use underline, no CAPITALS, no WordArt

Quotes: use “”, no Italics

No more than two font sizes on single page, minimum 12 pt. (except ‘source: 10 pt.)

Line space: 1, between paragraphs 0.5

• 3D graphics

• pie charts (use column charts instead)

To limit file size,

• always work with chart templates from Power point andcopy/paste rows and columns from Excel

• don’t copy/paste complete spreadsheets or charts from Excel
