A haphazard tutorial on how to use Amazon Cloud

So what is Amazon Cloud Drive?-Basically a virtual flash drive that can be accessed from anywhere with an internet access. Very useful.-Even better is you get the first 5 GB free! All you have to do is register which should be easy…

Ok this is obviously from the title a crap tutorial that will hopefully teach you how to use (well more obtain than use)Amazon’s nifty cloud drive/player.

Ok so here in the url put

Amazon.com/student to get where we are going. …ignore the

other tabs.

Once you get here the next step is to

click this link for the nice little limited offer they have

going.

So now that you have an account ready you log in at this page and sign in .

Well if you did it right you should

end up here.

So drag down the shop all

departments tab and you will

find our 2 features Cloud

Player and Cloud Drive.

Here is the Amazon Cloud Drive with the promised free 5GB.

.Clicking this buttonWill allow you to upload filesFrom just about anywhere on Your computer to the Cloud drive.

As you can see it it’s just like a flash Drive allowing you to save docs, music,Pictures, videos, etc.

Here I’m uploading one of my all time favorite songs onto the cloud

drive.

Once this little box pops up

you can choose what folder you

want to save it to and upload anything < =

2 GB.

Once you have chosen what to upload you can build a queue of

things to upload at once or start the

upload.

Aaaand there you go the file is

uploaded and now located in the

music folder. So very easy :D

Now to come back to where we started to give a brief explanation

on the Cloud Player.

The beauty of Cloud Player is that you can

use it from the web…and as

an app for the Android and

other phones. But I’m only

going to explain the

web one good luck with the

others.

Notice anything? YES the music I uploaded into the Cloud drive is

already here in the Cloud Player…

AMAZING!

Here you can play your

downloaded songs, create playlists, and other great stuff. Do the

exploring yourself. It’s

pretty much a watered down

version of windows media.The beauty of

this is you can play this from anywhere and

I mean anywhere you

can get an internet

access. No more lugging around Ipods

and Walkmans.

So that’s all there is to show you. Oh right for a

small fee you can get another 15GB! How great is

that!?

This is a highly recommended alternative to

getting an actual flash

drive you know since you can’t actually lose it and it doesn’t

cost.
