FOREWORD
This report present the Final Report for Implementation of Education and Training of Infrastructure Development through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), cooperation between PT. Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) and main organizer PT. PPP Indonesia This program is funded by PT. Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero). In this report is also mentioned the education and training activity by the organizer.
We have included of the Linkage In-House Training Program:
- The Training Program Activity Agenda held in Jakarta, Indonesia - Names of all participants - Sample of the Certificate .
PT PPP Indonesia, as one of the organizer, express their appreciation and thanks to Appends, who has trusted PT PPP Indonesia to carry out this program. We hope that this final report can illustrates the implementation of this education and training program and achievement in the near future. Any suggestion, input or criticism from the readers are welcome to improve this program.

INTRODUCTION
1. Background
Having implemented the Education and Training Program of “In-House Training Program in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) With Focus on Independent Power Procedures (IPP’s), it Is expected that the participants will have achieved expertise capable to plan infra- Structure project at their own working office. Despitefully it is hoped that the participants will open their perception of the planners who followed the program, so that it will increase their capability and professionalism of all participants in their own field. Furthermore, with additional input knowledge from the participants and instructors, and also through participant’s evaluation sheets of the Education and Training Program Implementation, we hope that this program result will become a reference to other similar program to come. 2. Purpose
The purpose of this training program is to give a ‘’skill’’ (to planners, central government level or Regional, to use the pattern of (Public-Private Partnerships/PPP) as ‘’a tool’’ to plan and finance infrastructure development in whole regional of Indonesia and also develop and improve infrastructure development in Indonesia. As an important part of the education and training process a “wrap-up’’ will be conducted at the last day of the program to unite perception of all material given, and also to help participants who were behind of the material given so they can chat up with the speeches done in a foreign /English language. 3. Participants and Training cost
The participants were limited to 25 persons, although interested candidates to join the program exceeded that amount. This was done so that the training quality of participants can be secured. The funding for Education and Training was provided by PT. Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero), 4. Education and Training Method
Education and Training Method carried out by PT PPP Indonesia, is based on CIPA Method System (integrated capacity building methodology) and consists of:
- Content sessions - Illustration of the content - Practice of the knowledge - Application of the knowledge
Curriculum The Curriculum for Education and Training is based on the CIPA Method System mentioned above, therefore the “theory lessons” held in the morning should if possible be combined with “site visits” held in the afternoon. In certain situation site visit can be replaced by inviting practitioner speakers to the class room so that an exchange of opinion can be held, so that the view is more intensive and effective. Certificate Each participant will receive a Certificate, after having completed the Education and Training Program and have followed the required regulations. This Certificate has a value of 3 CEU (Continuing Education Units) so it can be used to accumulate to become a Professional Certificate in the field of PPP. Engaging Organizer Partners The Education and Training was implemented by PT. PPP Indonesia and invited practitioner speakers. Funding The funding for Education and Training was provided by PT. Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero), Reports PPP Indonesia is responsible to prepare Reports, and consists of Initial Report (Prepared before the Education and Training Program) and Final Report (After completion of the Education and Training Program has been implemented). Reading Material Reading material which are needed and contributed to understand were provided by the organizer, and were distributed during training sessions or placed in the ‘’Toolkit’’ which were distributed to the participants. Logistics. All logistics requirements for this program was provided and arranged by PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) in accordance to their program responsibility. Monitoring, quality control and Evaluation Every organizers partner (PT. PPP Indonesia) has their own control system, however the training will be evaluated by the participants at the end of the program, by filling in a standard evaluation sheet. The result of the evaluation sheets will be consider as improvement input for future programs.
