WHAT IS INNOVATIVE:

1st is that no store operates through a synchronized activity of a cooperative, a buyers club wherein members gets direct income on a weekly, monthly, and end year income.

2nd is that no chain of store operates with tax exemption privileges.

3rd no store operates exclusively for members only.

4th it is operated professionally by a management team that implements the copyrighted plan as a franchise structure to put uniform successful principles.

5th the coop can import items needed by its members like food and medicines etc.

1. Key outputs after six months is the duplication of putting more stores, the centralized purchasing department that will monitor the best supplier with the best price. Setting in place the improvements of packaging and accelerating some members to become suppliers of the stores.

2. The seminars and training program that is set to improve the moral and spiritual values of the members will help build and strengthen the partnership within the group and eventually fan out to the different regions of the country.
