PPM Reporting

Selecting the Report

1. From the Create menu, select Report.

2. Select “Time Management” from the Report Category drop down.

Select Actual Time Summary, Delinquent Time Sheets, or Time Sheet Summary depending on what information you are trying to gather

For the remaining examples, the Time Sheet Summary report is used

Group By: Select the fields you want the report to be grouped by

Select Period Type using the dropdown feature. This should always be Weekly.

Select the Starting Time Period Type using the dropdown feature. The correct period will be found on page 6.

Setting Schedule & Output Options

Choose one of the below optionsa) Run the Report Immediately

orb) Specify a Report Run on Date

1) Can further indicate if it is to be repeated and when

c) Can specify an individual to receive an e-mail when report is completed

Submitting the Report

Click Submit when you are ready to run the report.

Viewing the Report
