The max stresses are in the pad eye and the panel is observed to be stressed about 28 MPa. The maximum displacement of the panel is 0.5mm. Considering the displacement with load augmentation factor (with CS Poisson’s ratio) the displacement is estimated to be less than 0.6mm. Thus provisioning of pad eyes as shown is safe for lifting of the panel.
