• Sometimes drops connection/stops working

• Points for speed of answering question means learners may guess rather than take time to work out correct answer

• Even if point scoring is turned off, Kahoot still shows a scoreboard and podium/top scorers

• Cannot have different question types in same quiz, e.g. all multiple choice

• Some learners may find it childish/patronising

• Learners need to be able to see the questions on the big screen

• Will not work on Windows IE if security settings set to “high”
