Safety

All workers are sent to jobsites with the personal protective equipment for their job as described by you. When workers fill out an application, all standard operating procedures are reviewed and a safety test must be taken. Safety films are also shown daily in all of the Labor Ready branches. Labor Ready field management team also does site visits to ensure that both customers and workers expectations are met. Our Field Safety Specialists also are available for support in the field for training and site visits to insure a safe workplace for all workers!

Background & Drug Screening

In addition to our standard screening process, Labor Ready has the resources to provide companies with background Checks & drug screening, upon the request of the customer. The checks are designed to mirror the processes of the specific client to whom the potential employee may be assigned. Background checks & drug screening are provided for an additional Management cost for any customer making such a request.
